At Dresdner Straße 90 in 1200 Vienna, our latest proud high-rise project, the DS 90, is currently under construction.
The striking, lively and colourful building with its unmistakable character is located directly at the new urban quarter currently under construction at Nordwestbahnhof. Together with the spacious forecourt, it forms the gateway to the "Grüne Mitte" (Green Centre), the public open and green space of the new urban quarter, and in this way prominently marks the entrance.
The 80-meter-high residential high-rise, including a 6-story base building, will provide space for a total of around 380 apartments. The building will be constructed using a low-energy design and will also feature component activation, photovoltaics on the roof and a sophisticated planting concept for a pleasant microclimate. The parking spaces in the building's underground garage can be equipped with an electric charging station if required. Each apartment has an individual open space such as a loggia or balcony. An attractive range of communal areas rounds off the offer.
Dresdner Straße 90 is perfectly connected and easily accessible by public transport: The station of the subway line U6 Dresdnerstraße, the suburban train station Traisengasse (S1, S2, S3, S7), the streetcar line 2 as well as the bus lines 10A, 11A, 34A, 37A, 5A can be found in the immediate vicinity. Handelskai, Donauuferautobahn (Danube embankment highway) and Brigittenauer Lände connect with the higher-level road network and Vienna's cycle path network also runs directly along the property.
Thanks to its established infrastructure, the inner-city location offers a wide range of local amenities and services. The construction started in August 2022.
