DC Tower 2 on Vienna's Donauplatte will rise up 180 metres in future, in the immediate vicinity of DC Tower 1, Austria's tallest building, which has already been completed. The new landmark will house offices, shops and rental flats.

The property was acquired by Commerz Real in 2016. S+B Gruppe is not only providing all construction and planning services for this project, but is also handling the building's marketing and leasing.
