A new housing estate is being built on the former Beiersdorf company site on Laxenburger Straße.

The planned flats will have generous private open spaces in the form of balconies, terraces or private gardens, and the project will also have communal rooms for the residents.

To keep the area, which is surrounded by allotment gardens, as car-free as possible, an extensive network of paths for pedestrians and cyclists is planned. Numerous parking spaces are provided in an underground car park, and there are already good public transport connections in place.
