Project development is probably one of the most complex economic sectors ... but quite obviously we have always managed to handle these areas of tension in this sector very well. High investment volumes, dependence on individual project successes, political influence due to the economic importance of large-scale projects – yes, opportunity and risk always go hand in hand.

We see ourselves primarily as a technical, innovation-oriented company. Speculative activities are alien to us. Nevertheless, and especially in our industry, the interaction of technology – commercial knowledge and legal expertise – is essential. We have come through the various economic turbulences of recent years and decades to emerge unscathed and even stronger.

Our success is ultimately based on a team that has been working together for many years and is constantly being refreshed by young employees. The owners and managers seem to have done a lot right here, as we essentially have zero staff turnover in the group.
