Highly innovative and creative ideas, stable implementation structures, consistent controlling and reliable follow-up support lead to results that give great pleasure to both the participants and users. 

The WIDOKTOWERS office tower, developed and realised by S+B in Warsaw in recent years, is a very good example of many of the "essential features" so typical of our S+B creations:

• a new eye-catching monument and landmark building at by far the best location in Poland (directly at the CENTRUM metro station opposite the Palace of Culture) 
• the highest quality with the latest efficient innovative technology far beyond the requirements of, for example, a LEED-PLATIN certification
• an extremely prestigious new urban development with the best conditions for satisfied users

This project thus fits perfectly into the list of construction projects developed and realised by S+B in the CEE region since 1987 – and this list is constantly growing. Our early move into Prague, Warsaw and Bucharest before the fall of communism in 1989 made us one of the pioneers in the CEE development industry. 

For me personally, it gives me great pleasure to witness the impact our commitments in all these CEE cities have had since 1987 until today, and which will, of course, continue to have. Wherever we start and develop one of our projects, the quality and standard of living for the population in the neighbouring area increase significantly.
