The continuous development of a medium-sized real estate company in a dynamic environment is a great challenge, especially due to the high investment volumes, the complex legal framework and the pronounced market cycles. We approach the realisation of our clients' wishes and demands with passion, seek creative solutions together and realise the joint real estate projects with tenacity and perseverance. In doing so, we try to exploit great opportunities on the market in our common interest and to limit risks in development, planning, construction and letting for all parties involved. Facilitating a work-life balance and ensuring both the health and safety of our employees are of great concern to us. The qualification and further training of our employees is a special concern of ours, which we support with course offers and part-time opportunities. 

By means of targeted internal reporting during the individual phases of real estate projects, we try to keep all internal project participants and our partners constantly informed about the status and the planned steps. In addition to the project financial planning, the central instrument of our external reporting to our stakeholders is the IFRS consolidated financial statement, which has also been available in audited form since 31.12.2019 due to the company's growth in size, and which provides our project and financing partners with a good overview of the financial situation and development of the S+B Group. The trust of our customers and partners is our most valuable asset, and we want to treat it responsibly and sustainably.
