The people of Vorarlberg are often said to act rather conservatively in business matters. But we simply love clear and structured processes and focus on business models that we have mastered and understood.

As the core shareholder of the S+B Gruppe, we also try to implement this way of thinking in our investments, of which the S+B Gruppe represents a very substantial holding.

As we ourselves are deeply involved in the construction business with the company i+R Gruppe GmbH in our D-A-CH home market, the real estate development of the S+B Gruppe is of great interest to us. Besides the Vienna market, S+B's activities in the emerging CEE markets are also fascinating.

Personally, I am in constant and intensive contact with S+B through my supporting role in project management for the Vienna projects.
