Specialist-retail centers will be constructed by the S+B Group in Targu Mures (6,700 sqm), Oradea (18,000 sqm), Satu Mare (27,300 sqm) and Arad (6,400 sqm). The sites are situated at high-frequented sites in the outskirts of retail-dominated environments or in residential areas providing direct access for end-consumers. The start of construction of the first centers is planned for 2008. The concept envisions to offer lessees spaces with favorable operating expenses by excluding the construction of huge Malls.
